Michael Bergstrom

As President, Michael supervises the strategic and business development aspects of Superior Consulting Services. He works hand-in-hand with the Leadership team to set the strategic direction and vision for success.

Over the last 30 years, Michael has served in leadership positions with organizations in the retail, manufacturing, and technology sectors. With a strong emphasis in sales, Michael served in roles of major account management, international sales, and as a VP of sales teams. He has also served as CEO of two technologies companies providing technical education on SharePoint, consulting services, and software solutions. Both organizations experienced rapid growth and increased profitability.

What Michael loves about the work he does:

My passion in work comes from understanding the business challenges our customers are facing and providing solutions that result in greater productivity and profitability. I also enjoy helping others reach their maximum potential, in their work, and seeing how the overall team succeeds when we all are performing at our best.

What you might not know about Michael…

I love spending as much time with my family as possible. This has included coaching my son in soccer, baseball, and basketball until I reached my limit in coaching skills! I also danced on a Daddy-Daughter team for over 10 years, which allowed me to participate in my daughter’s passion for dance!
