Nicole Snell’s career in the Staffing industry started in 1998. She has extensive experience helping companies be more productive and profitable by taking a consultative approach with her clients as well as providing exceptional staff in areas such as accounting, skilled labor, manufacturing and office services. The majority of her experience is in sales and management.

It’s very gratifying to build a relationship with a company from the ground up and have them look to you as an expert in your field. Today, I get to work with a great company where I lead a team of sales professionals and contribute to growth initiatives as part of our leadership team. I am very passionate about what I do.
As a Sales Representative, Nicole earned several top producer President Circle Awards by retaining business and gaining market share within her sales territories. The offices that Nicole went on to manage experienced continued growth year after year. Nicole attributes the success of her offices to leading by example and showing her team of recruiters and sales reps what a good job looks like.
As the Sales and Recruiting Manager at SCS, Nicole is responsible for building and managing a team of recruiters and account executives. She drives sales and recruiting efforts and manages client and candidate pipelines to ensure the flow of new business and available consultants.
What you might not know about Nicole…
I am totally obsessed with Packer football to the point where it’s concerning to my family. I scream and yell at the TV during games and when games aren’t on I binge watch A Football Life on the NFL Network and cry through most of the episodes. What’s my favorite season? Football season!
