As Consultant Manager, Carla provides direction, development, and guidance to all SCS consultants. She is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing high performing consultants and ensuring successful resources for client engagements. Carla manages the day-to-day activities of the Project Management Office to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements, while providing coaching, direction and leadership to the team of consultants. Carla is a key leadership team member partnering with Operations and Sales Leaders to define overarching company strategies.
