We want to take this opportunity to share with you about the work we’ve been doing for a new client of ours – an insurance company in the Western region of the U.S.
This past February, a company that aggregates data for dozens of insurance companies informed its clients that it was going out of business. This meant that after May 31, 2018, the companies that relied on this third-party vendor for their business intelligence were going to be left stranded. They needed to find another company that they could outsource to or act quickly to find a company that could help them bring these processes in-house.
Dale, our Business Development Manager, made the first move. He reached out to these insurance companies and offered our technology solutions. Our featured company knew that they didn’t want to leave their sensitive data in the hands of a third-party vendor this time around and took us up on our offer to help bring their data in-house.
We were able to give our new client insight into how their data had previously been processed and help provide fresh, accurate solutions that aligned with their company goals. The SCS team, which consisted of Amy: Project Manager and Tim and Elle: Data and Analytic Consultants, set them up with reporting processes and built a data warehouse that they could easily interact with to achieve these goals. Even though this particular client was one of the last insurance companies to come on board during this time of transition, we excelled under pressure and implemented viable tech solutions by the May 31st termination date. We are thrilled that our SCS team was able to provide their knowledge, leadership and expertise to this successful project.
SCS’ Chief Creative Officer, Brian, recently traveled out to see our client. Brian loves working one-on-one with our clients and he spent two days mentoring and training employees and fielding their questions with regard to this newly-implemented technology. He ensured that each person felt comfortable with the new reports and manner of processing data. Although we are still working out some of the details for our client, we will be finalizing the handoff soon. We recently received the following quote from our client:
