professional association devoted to human resource management. Its mission is to serve the needs of HR professionals by

strategic role. Founded in 1948, SHRM represents more than 225,000 individual members in over 125 countries, and has a network
of more than 575 affiliated chapters in the United States, as well as offices in China and India.

TechServe Alliance (formerly NACCB) is the only national
trade association exclusively serving IT services companies. Representing over 350 IT services companies nationwide, they
provide extensive resources to manage IT services businesses more effectively. TechServe Alliance members are firms who
specialize in providing highly skilled computer professionals to clients in need of technical support and/or IT services/solutions.
They typically service the Fortune 500 in addition to many mid market firms. TechServe Alliance serves as the industry voice
for public policy issues. Member services are designed to increase profitability, maximize efficiency and encourage growth
in the IT Services industry. Each TechServe Alliance member subscribes to a code of ethics.

The Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS) is an independent,
not-for-profit association dedicated to supporting, educating, and promoting the Microsoft SQL Server community. From local

in the world—PASS enables knowledge sharing, in-depth learning, access to the Microsoft SQL Server team, and the ability
